I got on my knees and let out a scream as tears blurred my vision.

I don't know what happened but raw power filled me and I let my fire take over. Something my mother had warned me about and in an instant I was standing face to face with Galen who looked horrified and dropped the gun he was holding.

His lips trembled in fear.

"Freya Allan... don't kill me we can talk about this...I made a mistake" he pleaded but it was already too late.

My fire consumed him as the night was filled with his screams of pain and watched him without any remorse until his body became nothing but a mere skeleton.

I let go of it and it dropped to the ground in a pile of ashes.

I rushed to my mother's side to make sure that she was okay. Luckily the bullet only hit her shoulder.

Her face softened.

"I'm okay don't worry about it...but Rogue needs that antidote."
