Vanna's POV

I was staring off into the distance at that moment, sitting on a chaise facing the sea. The surroundings here in Cartagena were quiet; there weren't many people, no noise, and often, there were large mansions by the seaside. I had been spending a few days here with Kenneth, who was often out due to his busy schedule.

But in that moment, he didn’t leave and said he would take me on a tour of Cartagena.

It was already nine o'clock in the morning. I woke up early, so it wasn't surprising that there was no one in the living room; the helpers were busy in the kitchen with their tasks.

"Good morning," I heard from behind me, and I turned to look. I smiled at him as he slowly approached and sat down beside me.

He passionately held my hand.

"Ivana, if you want to share anything, I'm ready to listen," he said in Tagalog. Although it sounded a bit slangy, I appreciated his concern.
