Vanna's POV

I had just finished changing into my pajamas when I couldn't sit still while applying lotion on my arms. Magnus was already in bed, waiting for me.

With each step towards him, my heart pounded harder, as if there were cats and dogs chasing after inside my heart.

"What are you standing there for? Come here." He called me over, patting the space beside him.

Damn it! I walked over with bitten lips, my nerves trembling. I held my own muscles, allowing myself to approach him. As I got closer, he guided me on purpose.
