Abeer, unable to let her leave without addressing the issues at hand, felt a surge of frustration and desperation welling up within him when he saw Khushi who was heading up towards the door of the cabin to leave the place.

As Khushi's hand reached for the doorknob, Abeer slammed his open palm down on the glass table that separated them.

The force behind his action was not intended to harm Khushi, but rather to halt her exit and grab her attention.

His action was a desperate plea, an attempt to make her stay and listen.

The glass table, under the sudden impact, emitted a sharp, cracking sound, and Abeer winced as he felt a searing pain shoot through his hand.

He had not anticipated the fragility of the table, nor the physical toll his impulsive act would take on him.

Beads of perspiration formed on his forehead as he tried to maintain his composure, masking the pain that surged through him.

Blood started oozing out from there making the white floor into the red one.
