Before Stefano could turn the car off I got out and run around the back of the house where I can see the view of the beach. Eager to feel anything, but stress and confusion at the moment. I close my eyes and breathe in the fresh air as the warm sun kisses my exposed skin.

This was what it felt like to be at peace. The sound of the sea and seagulls was just so calming, it was just such a beautiful sight. I felt bliss especially because Stefano is also here and safe. For a moment it made me forget that we were running from men who wanted to take his life.

"So this is Mr. Rostov's beach house?" Stefano says, sounding a bit like he was asking a question and also stating what he knows is a fact.

I turn to look at him. His dark eyes look down at me as he loosens his school tie. This is my longest time with him since the kiss we shared in my room and I was a bit nervous.

"It belongs to me. I will be moving here after I graduate."
