Throughout the entire meeting, Barbara had her eyes on me. I grabbed Dante’s thighs sometimes while he placed his hand on my exposed thighs.

“I think I need a drink,” I said, and Dante glared at me. “I’ll be back,” I whispered into his ears, standing up.

As I walked towards the door, I deliberately swayed my hips. When I noticed the man talking had stopped speaking, a smile formed on my lips, because I knew right away that I got their attention.

The moment I left the room, my phone beeped.

“Keep up with that attitude and your legs will be hanging up my shoulder against your will,” he said, and I chuckled, putting my phone back into my purse.

I walked to the bar to make an order.

“Can I get your finest mocktail, please,” I said and the bartender, who was a slender man with a moustache, smiled at me.

“Make that two,” Barbara said, slamming a hundred dollar note on the table.
