Third person pov:

The plans seemed to have fallen in line for Guilia Guerra, because when they woke up the next morning, both she and Elowen got hand written messages from Dante, stating that he had gone on a business trip.

Elowen wasn’t eager to go to the party because she expected a bad outcome, while Guilia grinned ear to ear all day. Night fall came faster than the snap of a finger, and Elowen found herself standing in front of her mirror, getting dressed in a white dress for the all white themed masked party.

“Why do we have to wear masks?” Elowen asked.

“Beats me,” Guilia shrugged. “Whatever reason it is, I will have to thank Xavier properly for doing that because we would be long gone before he discovers who I am,” she said to Elowen, helping her zip her dress.

When they were done, Guilia excused herself. She walked to her father’s room and ransacked the table until she found his invite to the party, which stated he could come with a plus one.
