Chapter 2

        Now I feel stupid for begging Jace for this freedom. Crystal had to help me so now she will hear about this too. Shit! How could I be so stupid. I was so focused on the movie I didn't follow the number one rule, Always pay attention to your surroundings. These fuckers were on me before I could blink. I did manage to kick the leader in the dick and high tail it out of there. Now I'm running this car of mine at almost 100mph. I have no choice im going into disciple territory. I'd rather face the devil I know than the one I don't. Once I'm sure they are gone I will call Jace. After telling him what happened I will beg for forgiveness.

  After another 20 minutes I'm sure I finally lost them. What I'm also sure about is that my ass in in disciple territory so I'm looking for a place to sit and wait. I have to get somewhere fast before one of Maestro's men sees me. After driving a few more miles I see a small diner and go inside. This is the first place I see and I will not be going any further than necessary. Now that I have a place to hid it's time to text Jace.

           Me: Try to stay calm but I have to tell you we have a HUGE problem.

          Jace: I can't deal with this right now!

          Me: Well you have to deal with it Jace because I'm in disciple territory, Alone!

   As soon as the message sent Jace was calling. He really took no time at all. I just had to bite the bullet and answer the phone no matter how much I wanted to avoid his anger.

     "Hey bro! How is your night going?"

     " Don't hey bro me! How in the fuck did you end up there? And why did you not call me sooner. I should have been told as soon as you were driving close to their territory"

Of course this would be my fault. Never could be anything his ass did! Because ya know running from drug dealers is a fun friday night for me. This asshole, I can't believe him.

    " This is your fault ya know. If you didn't piss off every dealer in town I wouldn't have been running from them. They tried to kidnap me you dick. Yelling about they were going to use me to get your ass"

  " FUCK!! Okay, okay! Where are you at? I need to get some guys and get there asap"

  " I found this diner called Ruth's. I'm sitting in a booth drinking some water while I wait for you. This was the first place I seen without driving further and running into one of the disciples"

  " Fuck! Get out of there now! Maestro's sister owns the diner. I need you to hangup calmly walk to the door and when you get outside you run. Do you hear me Robyn RUN. I'm on the way"

   I hung up the phone and walked as quickly and as calmly as I could to my car. Of course the one place I find had something to do with Maestro! As if this day couldn't get any worse. I swear if I didn't have bad luck I would have none at all!  And what bad luck I have. This asshole was already standing at my car. What joy! Now Maestro is between me and my freedom. At least I knew what he looked like from pictures I had seen of them.

   I thought I had plenty of time to get away. While my first thought is RUN I know it's impossible. I will never get away. Guess I should get this shit show over with.

     I make my way towards him and figure playing stupid may work!

   " Why are you at my car?' By the smirk on his face I know my plan is not going to work.

" I think you know exactly why kitten. Let's not play games"

" Maestro what do you want"

* See that wasn't so hard! And as far as what I want it is for you to behave yourself and come with me"

  I know he has a screw lose if he thinks im going anywhere with him. My brother will be here soon.

" Why in the fuck would I do that? Phoenix is on the way. I will stay here and wait like he told me"

" Do you always do what he says? Do you ever do what you want?" And again he has that damn smirk on his face and why does he look so damn good. Ugh!

" Yes I do. To be honest with you. Tonight I was doing just that. I was getting out of town"

" How about you come with me tonight. I promise I will behave. I just need some leverage with your brother to get this deal done"

  Ah that is what he wants. I won't be a pawn in their shit. That is why i have to get away from my brother and his lifestyle. I can't do it anymore!

" I heard about your deal and it won't happen. The devils won't run guns again. You will be wasting your time."

" What the fuck! We don't run guns anymore we are getting away from that. I just want some product from your brother. Is that what he is telling you?"

By the look on his face i've said the wrong thing. Oh well!

" It's what I overheard"

" Well it's bullshit. Look are you coming with me easily or not? I don't have all fucking night and I will make you come with me if I have too"

This could be fun and maybe I can steal some cash to help me get away from all of them! A girl has to do what a girl has to do. And I guess I will going with Maestro tonight. Great!!

"Yes I'm coming. But I'm leaving in the morning. I won't be here any longer than that"

'okay kitten"

And here I go into the devils lair! Well this night just got very interesting.
