Chapter 225

Skyler felt even more frustrated when he thought about his behavior today.

When Skyler returned to Villa No. 1, he did not feel like going in when he thought about how empty the house was. He started smoking in the car alone.

He smoked a few cigarettes. Finally, he put out the last cigarette once he got a headache. He then got down from the car.

Initially, Skyler thought that Jocelyn was not back yet. He assumed that she had gone somewhere else on a date with that mysterious man.

However, as soon as he opened the door, he saw Jocelyn’s shoes by the door.

His expression changed as he took large strides into the house without even taking off his shoes. He saw Jocelyn sitting in the dining room at first sight. She was eating the dinner that he had prepared.

Skyler looked at Jocelyn. A complicated expression appeared on his face.

Jocelyn raised her head to glance at him after hearing the noise. “Mr. Moore, you’re back! I didn’t know that you knew how to cook!”

Skyler did no
