The whole ride down to the first floor was in total silence. The kids were already awake this morning and we were leaving the hospital today because Ronan said so.

He doesn't trust the people who enter and exit this public place. I'm glad that the kids didn't remember about the abduction yesterday.

As we exited the elevator, I was about to carry Ashley but he instead carried her while also carrying Ashton in his arms.

Why is he so strong? The way he held me yesterday– Damn it.

We ignored each other after what happened in the bathroom. Blood gushed through my face as I remembered how I clung to his body while pulling him harder on me.

I groaned silently as I avoided my eyes on Ronan’s broad back while heading to his car.

His bodyguard opened the passenger seat but I instead sat in the back seat, together with the nannies and the kids. It's too cramped but I don't have any choice.
