Alexandra had gotten a new phone line as she couldn’t retrieve the former line from her stolen phone. It was only her foster parents that had her new phone number and she couldn’t reach out to anyone else to inform them that her old line had been barred. It was very painful for her to be passing through hell without being able to inform her best friend.
