Chapter 64

Mrs. Antonia looked stunned on seeing the beautiful young woman who walked out to their living room. She had almost forgotten this young, pretty woman was her first daughter.

"Lerisa!" Mrs. Antonia let out a gasp.

"Oh my goodness! Where are you going to dressed like a model? And the makeup too?" Mrs. Antonia continued to question Lerisa.

"Mom, I am going out with Martha to take her to her school. You don't expect me to look dull," Lerisa lied, but a blush curved her pretty face.

"Hmm. I wouldn't believe that you are only taking Martha to her school and looking this cute, but it's fine." Mrs. Antonia finally agreed. However, James walked out to the living room and shouted, "My Goodness! Baby sister, where are you off to?"

James had known Lerisa was not one for makeup, but, seeing her in a different look, she smiled and replied, "I am just going out. Why are all of you looking surprised? Am I not free to go outside of this house again?"
