As soon as the words had rolled out of Neon's lips. Ashford held Luna tighter and pushed her behind him. His eyes trailed around the place, and he spotted the person behind the tree. He wanted to speed off to the person to see what he wanted. But he could, because it was going to expose him as not being a werewolf.

Luna tiptoed to get a view of what was happening. She could not see anything that we were looking at. Her eyes scrambled and followed every movement the person made, and then she saw him glance back and talk to another person.

"Trevor." She called out, stepping away from Ashford's back. "You should have just knocked."

Trevor turned around and met her gaze. He flashed her a smile and stepped out of his hiding spot. His brother was right beside him, following him and grinning from ear to ear as they approached.

"I thought Beta was at home. He wouldn't like us to visit when he is absent." Trevor stated.
