He was just coming out of the bathroom and had a towel tied around his waist. She kept wondering how he got into her room and what he was doing in her house. Emily cannot say for sure how long she had stayed in the basement or what time it is, but she had fallen asleep, and in her sleep, she had the most unpleasant nightmares all thanks to her hunger. She tried to cease her breathing but was barely able to achieve that because as it is, she was too weak to properly direct the function of any part of her body.
