CHAPTER 69

**Cassie's Point of View**

I AM relieved that we have reached an agreement. Derek still calls and occasionally goes outside. Despite the fact that I am extremely busy with work-related tasks, I still make time for myself and accompany him. Derek requires my assistance, and I feel the want to help him, especially in a difficult position.

"You want some sandwich?" Dax inquired, sitting on my pad, Charlie and he were playing, but my kid fell asleep on his lap.

"Let me make one for you, Charlie is sleeping on your lap, and we both don't want this little man to wake up," I replied, walking to the kitchen.

I suddenly recall Chris's wish to come here tomorrow; he is OK now. He still needs to check his body weight and things, because he appeared to be ill the first time I met him a month ago.

But that's because I make sure he eats at the appropriate time and in the right amount, gets enough rest, and takes care of his mental health. I am relieved that he is gradually improving.
