CHAPTER 23

VERONICA.

There was no way in hell i was going to move out of my chambers. It didn't take a genius to know who would be occupying my space. Aria changed to her wolf just hours ago and now Adrian already sent guards to send me packing?

I gasped at the shocking horror, realisation dawning in. Adrian is making Aria his Luna.

My body vibrated with emotions, anger getting presidence above all the others. I screamed at the guards. "No one dares to send me packing out of my rightful place. Not even Adrian! Tell him that."

But I knew my words were useless. I wasn’t the supreme leader. Adrian was. My fingers shook in panic as my mind became active, thinking of what to do as I watched the unaffected guards that stood with calmness and utmost decorum.

They neither flinched nor nodded at my words. It was as though i was talking to a block of bricks. This irritated me more. "Did you hear me?!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, my hands facing upwards, my finger nails clawed. "Get out!"
