ARIA

I sat on the bed with my feet dangling by the side, my palms caressing the sheets whike my eyes looked around the chambers as I patiently waited for Adrian with a beating heart. I wondered how he would react to my injuries. Some rumors, I heard, long ago, that Alpha's don't appreciate women with scars. Is that why Adrian wasn't by my side when I awoke? No one cared?
