It felt good to be back in my room after being in the hospital for three days. I was healing quite fast, although I still had serious headaches that almost brought tears out of my eyes.

The worst part of it was that I could not go to training. The doctor insisted that I avoid any strenuous activities for at least a week. Carson and Brody promised that they would ensure I do not engage in anything stressful. And I knew they meant it.

Missing training was bad for my record. And if it continued that way, I would not be able to participate in the school league. And that would make Jasmine very happy. She wanted me out of the club and it was looking like she would have her way.

I shuddered as I recalled how I was face to face with a concrete pole despite warning the driver that he was running in the wrong lane. He paid me no attention. He had his eyes on the road. He seemed to be paying full attention. I still did not understand how the accident happened.
