KIARA POV

As I made my way downstairs I heard Xander's voice and it seemed he was on call.

It sounded so serious and I knew at that moment that this was something I definitely wanted to report.

I walked down a little making sure I was as quiet as possible so I could clearly hear what the discussion was about.

“We have to find a way to get them to sign the business deal. Okay,we can't let them slip from us this time,” Xander said, still on the call.

“You know we can't let this oil deal with the sharmans pass us by at a time like this, We need this to recover from the damage that traitor caused us recently,” he said with a stern voice.

Ohh so that's what this about, I remember was it a month ago father talked about wanting to sign an oil deal with the sharmans but they said they had already found some other gang that match their full requirements.

So the other gang was the Darkwood huh, but since they are having issues right won't it be a perfect time for the blade to swoop in, get the deal and finally put the blade business line back on track, my father needs to know about this important piece of information.

I continued to listen closely to every important piece of information I could get from the conversation but it was so hard as I could not hear him clearly later on.

Few minutes passed and he was finally; done with the call. I made sure to wait a little before heading down just to avoid suspicion.

“Good afternoon Xander,”I said as I walked down the stairs.

His whole face and aura changed in an instant as if he wasn't just on a serious call.

“ Well good afternoon my little princess, hope you had a wonderful rest?” He replied as he came towards the stairs, held my hands and led me down.

This man really does act like a gentleman but still he is still the enemy. I can't let my guard down around him just because he is being proper.

We made our way to the dinning,had our lunch and then Xander spoke.

“Little princess please go get dressed in something comfortable,we are going somewhere for our first date in the next 30 min.”

“And where exactly are we going that you want me to dress normal too?” I asked curiously.

“Well now that's a surprise okay,” he replied with a smirk.

Surprise huh yeah right, with that smirk on his face who knows what his planning.

I made my way back up and then got dressed in dark blue and grey pants, just something casual and comfy. I was about to apply a little makeup,then I heard Xander's voice.

“Little princess, how long do you plan on making me wait huh? He voiced out.

“ Don't rush me okay, I'm coming,” I replied and then continued to apply my minimal makeup.

Does he expect me to just magically get ready, honestly who tells a lady to get ready for a date in 30 min huh.

I quickly applied the make up and then made my way back down. He was down there already dressed in a different outfit and it just had to be dark blue and grey pants too.

I honestly wanted to go back and change but he already saw me and it was so obvious he was enjoying seeing as he has that annoying smirk on his face.

“Seriously?”I asked, trying to hide my dismay.

“Well this is… quite the coincidence,” he responded.

“Yes, yes it is," I said.

“Well I guess the saying married couples think alike is true huh my little princess?" He asked with that smirk on his face.

Wow he just always says the right words everytime, it's so annoying how he always knows what to say and when to say it.

He grabbed me gently on the waist and faced the large mirror in the living room.

“ But you have to admit ,we do make a stunning couple,” he uttered as he held my waist.

“Yeah sure we do,” I replied with a little hint of sarcasm.

He noticed and let out a little laugh and then we both made our way outside and towards the car and then left the house.

20 min went bye and we were still on the road, it seemed like this place was really farr and I just began to get more curious about where exactly we were going.

“Could you just tell me we're this place is already ," I voiced out with my face filled with curiosity.

“Just be patient dear, we will soon get there," he responded as he kept on driving.

It seemed like he was fixated on not telling where this place is ,so I made my peace with that and decided to be patient for now.

He finally stopped and when I looked outside the window all I could see was a few people and they were mostly old and middle aged.

It seemed like a small town just after the beach and wow they had this beautiful huge mountain top.

We got down and I popped the question again.

“So what is this Surprise huh xander?” I asked.

“You really can't just wait huh, just be patient. We are close by,we just need to make a quick trip up the mountain and you will finally see the surprise.” He said.

Wait, does he mean that huge beautiful mountain, that I certainly do not have the strength to walk all the way up too!.

Noticing my shocked face he let out a laugh and said “We are not walking little princess, there is a public bus we can take to get up there.”

“Ohh that's better,” I responded with a sigh of relief.

We made our way to the public transport, it was a vipline bus that would take you all the way to the top.

We sat right next to each other and there I felt an old woman staring and smiling at us.

“ You guys seem to be newly wedded couples huh?” The old woman said.

“Ohh yes ma'am we are,but how did you know that,” I asked.

“Well it's so obvious, with your matching clothes, you guys seem very much in love and you do make a beautiful couple," she replied to me letting out a soft laugh.

I was stunned at what she said and before I could reply Xander spoke.

“Thanks so much ma'am, and I'm definitely in love with her so much,” he said as he faced me, smiled and then pecked me on the face.

“It's so obvious you are, young lady make sure to treat him well okay he's definitely a keeper,” she said.

“I will ma'am," I replied.

We were already at her stop ,so she made her way out.

I can't believe that the old lady actually thought this man loved me, he must be really good at acting then.

Other people made their stop and it was finally us alone.

“See, even an old lady thinks we are perfect together," Xander said.

As if we could be the perfect match, you are basically my enemy, I don't get why that old lady said such. I ignored him and just sat waiting for us to get to the top quickly so I could finally see the surprises.

We finally got to the top of the mountain and I could not believe what I was staring at.
