Find Her

Aaron POV

"Is, anyone there???," I screamed as I grasped my wounded head, my vision blurred by blurry eyes.

"Mr!! Mr!! Mr!!

Are you all right? "A girl's voice could be heard faintly.

"Don't worry, Mr!! I'll drive you to the hospital!!"

She helped me into the car and drove me there. I was quickly strapped on a stretcher and taken to the emergency department by the doctors. I had a firm grip on the girl's hand.

"Don't go!!!" I screamed as I held her hands in mine.

"Don't worry, Mr., you'll be OK!!" she assured me. Because of the wound on my head, I couldn't hear her clearly.

She let go of my hand and walked away; as she walked away, I noticed a birthmark on her back in the shape of a butterfly, which was visible because she was wearing a backless garment. It's unusual to have a birthmark like that.

I was startled awake by a voice.

My guard shook me and said, "Sir!!!, Sir!!!"

"What is it???," I questioned him.

"Are you okay sir???, You were sweating in your sleep so I was worried about you!!," He said.

"You don't need to worry about me!!!, I am okay!!, Did you get it!!."

"Yes sir!!!, I know that you are strong enough to handle yourself but we are all been worried about you since that accident. You always keep mummering in your dream. You also keep repeating a few words!!."

"What kind of words do I keep repeating??," I asked him.

"Don't go!!!, Don't go!!!,You keep repeating those words!!."

"Call the guards!!!, I want them here now!!."

"Yes sir!!."

My servant Daren called the guards as I instructed him to do so.

The guards arrived and they stood in front of me.

"Find that girl!!!, I want her!!!Whatever it takes, I want that girl!!."

"With only a short lead, sir, it's tough to find her!!!"

"I don't give a damn!!!

Did you hear what I said?

I want her!!!

Locate her!!! Do whatever it takes but I want that girl near me!!!."

"We'll do everything we can, sir, to find that girl!!! However, finding her will take some time!!"

"How long do you think it'll take you to find that girl?"

"A month or more!!" exclaimed the guard softly.

"I'm only going to give you a month to find her!!

Only a month!! Did you hear me?"

"Yes, sir!!".

"When will Ryan be back?" I inquired of one of my guards.

"He'll be back in a few days, sir!!" said my guard, lowering her head.

"Tell him that I want him here by tomorrow!!."

"Yes, sir!! I will inform him!!"

"You all can leave now. I want to take some rest!!."

My guards did exactly what I wanted them to do and exited my room.

I took a seat on the coach and poured a beer into my glass.

I took a sip and couldn't take my mind off of that girl.

My accident occurred four months ago, and I spent two and a half months in a coma. I'm still not well, but the girl kept me alive that day; she was the one who saved me!!! I would have died if she hadn't been there.

I couldn't see her face, and the physicians couldn't recall who she was because she disappeared after dropping me off at the hospital.

When I was a little more awake, I gave her my valuable ruby bracelet, which is really rare to find.

I'm not sure if she still has it, but whoever has it is the girl who saved me that night.

Because I was still recovering, the physicians prohibited me from undertaking any strenuous activity or putting myself under any stress.

I'm hoping to discover her soon since she's the one for me, and I don't believe I'll be able to love anyone else.

Her golden hair is the only thing I recall about her. My eyes were cloudy from the accident, so I couldn't see her properly.

I'm not giving up on finding the mysterious girl who rescued me on that stormy night.

As I placed my head on the couch, I closed my eyes.

All I could think of was the girl who had saved my life that night. I was startled awake by a familiar voice.

"How are you doing sir??," Ryan questioned me.

"Where were you, Ryan?" I said, rubbing my eyes because I was half sleeping.

"Sir, I went to handle some unfinished business!!"

"Unfinished business???,"

"Yes, sir, one of our partners tried to betray us, so I went on your behalf to teach him a lesson. I did exactly what you would have done if you had been present there!!."

"Ahh..., I couldn't concentrate on my work because of this accident!!! What's up, how's it going?, "I questioned him.

"When are you going to forget about that girl who saved you that night, sir? We'll never find her, so looking for her is pointless, sir!!"

"This is not the response I was expecting from you Ryan!!!, I asked you a question, will you respond to that!!"

"You don't have to worry about the business, sir, I've already taken care of everything, but you must return to work immediately, or else the other Mafia or businessmen may take advantage of this!!! We must not allow them to take advantage of this opportunity, sir. You are nearly recovered, and I believe you should return to work. There are your employees waiting for you!!"

"Yes, I will be returning back to work starting from today. I'd like to tell you one more thing: I'm not going to stop looking for that girl, I'm not giving up!!! I'll find her no matter what it takes!!"

"All right, sir However, doing so will only lead to disappointment because you are attempting to accomplish the impossible!!"

"What are you trying to say Ryan???,"I questioned him.

"The girl whom you're finding is just your imagination."

"Imagination??, How can that be my imagination???," I questioned him.

"I wanted to tell you this a long time ago but you were still recovering so I couldn't tell you this and then I had to leave for an unfinished business."

"What did you want to tell me???,"

"The bracelet which you are talking about is still here!!!, It was on your wrist. The nurse gave it to me that day so I kept it safe!!." He handed me the bracelet.

"Which nurse???, Do you know where that nurse is??,"

"No sir!!She retired and no one knows where she is!!."

"So Maybe you are righ, This is my imagination!!. I don't think that girl exists."

"I remember you mentioned a birthmark, It's impossible to have that kind of birthmark!!."

"Yeah you are righ, You should leave now!!!, I want to stay alone for sometime."

"All right, sir, I'll meet you near the car!!"

"I will be ready in an hour!!, You can leave now!!."

Ryan exited my room, and I made my way to the shower.

I took a hot shower and wrapped myself in a towel before heading to my closet.

I put on a black suit with matching trousers and a back tie.

I walked into the living room and sat down at the dining table, waiting for my servants to bring me breakfast.

Three maids hurried up to me and handed me a glass of juice, a sandwich, toast, and fried eggs with boiled eggs, all of which I enjoy for breakfast.

After finishing my meal, I walked over to my car, where Ryan was waiting for me.

"Are you ready, sir?" he asked.

"Yes, Ryan, I am ready, Let's get going now, or I'll be late for work."

Ryan welcomed me inside by opening the door and allowing me to take a seat; he then closed the door and sat in the driver's seat.

"It's been four months for you sir to get back to work" he said as he drove towards my workplace.

"I know Ryan, I can't be away from work for too long or else people will take advantage of me, I also need to keep an eye on my employees, I'm not sure how they're doing, but I'll find out when I get to work today!!"

"They're all waiting for you, sir, as are your business associates, They want to talk about some significant subjects today, so once we arrive, we must proceed to the conference room "Ryan said this while chatting to me and looking in the rearview mirror.

I put down my newspaper and turned to face Ryan, who was driving my car.

"What are you talking about, Ryan?" I inquired, a puzzled expression on my face.

"When you get there, Sir," he added softly, "you come to know everything."

"What exactly do you mean, Ryan??? I'm sure you're concealing something from me!!! I'm listening to everything you say" In a serious tone, I said.

"Sir, I'm afraid I can't tell you this right now!! When you arrive at the company, you will learn everything!!"

"No Ryan I need to know right now" I yelled.

"Yes, sir!!! All of your business associates are considering breaking the contract with you!!"

"What do you mean?" I said, "Why do they want to break the deal?"

"They believe that if they were partners with you, they would be at a loss!!! Because you were in a coma and bedridden for four months!!! They believe you will be dependent on them because you were unable to work!!! ".

"What??? , They have that opinion of me??? They were successful as a result of my efforts, They made money because of my company And now they want to go because I spent four months in bed???? , Do one thing Ryan, Get all of my partners' files ready, I want to look through them, It's time to instill a valuable lesson in them!!!"

"Yes sir, I feel the same thing!!! It's time to give them a lesson because they're all being a little too smart for their own good."

"Ryan, you are correct

The truth is that I don't need any partners!! I can make my company more successful even if I don't have any"

"Yes sir."

"Because of my father, I had to keep a partnership with them, but now!!! They're all going to learn a lesson that they'll remember for the rest of their lives!!"

"Yes, sir!" he exclaimed.

Ryan abruptly came to a halt in his car. "What's the matter Ryan???, I questioned him.

"I'm not sure, sir!!! I'll have to check out what's wrong with the car!!"

"Then hurry up!!!"

Are you aware that we are running late?"

"Please give me a minute, sir"

"Whatever you decide to do, please do it quickly!!"

He said, "Yes sir"

He dashed out of the vehicle to see what was wrong with it.

He knocked on my window as I continued to read my newspaper.

"What happened Ryan?" I inquired as I opened my window.

"Sir, you'll have to wait a little longer"

"Wait???, For a little longer??? Aren't you aware that we're running late?"

"Yes, sir!! I am well aware of the situation But don't worry, I'll arrange for another vehicle to fetch you up. Wait for sometime sir, the car will be here soon"

"Fine, I will wait here in the garden."

"Yes, sir!" he exclaimed.

I exited the vehicle and waited near the garden for Ryan to call another vehicle.

After a few moments, Ryan waved at me, indicating that the automobile had arrived.

I dashed towards the vehicle, but was abruptly halted by someone.

When I glanced around, I noticed a girl clutching my hand.

I locked my gaze on the girl's hand, which was clutching mine, before glaring angrily at her.

Without my approval, no one had the right to touch me.
