Tears welled in my eyes as I tried to catch my breath. My hands trembled, and my voice cracked.

"I searched everywhere," I stammered. "I asked Mia, Clara, even the guards near the school. No one saw her. She should’ve been home by now. Something... something terrible must have happened."

Zane's gaze remained fixed on me, his expression cold and unreadable. But the slight clench of his jaw told me he was listening.

"I have no one else, Your Highness," I continued, my voice breaking. "If anything happens to Hannah, I... I’ve failed. I couldn't protect her. I promised my parents I would keep her safe, and now..."

I choked on the lump in my throat, the weight of helplessness crashing over me. My knees threatened to buckle, but I held myself up, refusing to collapse.

Zane’s golden eyes darkened, something fierce flickering beneath the surface. He stepped closer, his towering presence sending a shiver down my spine.

"Enough," he commanded, his voice low yet firm. "Crying won't b

William's POV After the royal attack, we hid in the forest for days, barely surviving. Now, it’s time to claim what’s mine. Autumn — a simple, plain girl with no sense of beauty or elegance. While other women in the pack took pride in their appearance, she spent her days covered in dirt, working the fields. Our parents arranged this engagement, believing it would strengthen alliances. But I never saw any value in it. She wasn’t like the other women — no status, no fighting skills, and no appeal. My father and mother survived the attack, and now they expect me to fulfill my duty. "Bring her home," my father commanded, thinking Autumn's newfound position in the Lycan King’s kingdom could be our salvation. She's become somewhat of a name there, hasn’t she? Rumors say even the King might favor her. If the King is fond of her, he may spare us — and that’s all that matters now. It doesn’t mean I have to keep her. The thought of being tied to a woman like her disgusts me. I want a po

  • Lycan king and his Omega   She left

Autumn's POV I swallowed the lump in my throat, forcing my trembling hands to remain steady. "Your Highness," I began, my voice barely above a whisper, "I will go with him." Saying those words felt like a dagger piercing through my chest. But what choice did I have? This was my father's last wish. And William… no matter how distant or uninterested he had been, he was still my fiancé. "But..." I paused, gathering every bit of courage I had left. "Will you please allow Hannah to stay here?" My sister’s safety was my only concern. She had grown comfortable here, surrounded by people who cared. Zane had ensured she had a proper education and a life without fear. I couldn't take that away from her. Zane leaned back in his throne, his golden eyes narrowing. For a moment, he said nothing. The silence was deafening, each second stretching longer than the last. His unreadable expression sent chills down my spine. I waited, praying he would grant my request. " ok, Hannah can sta

  • Lycan king and his Omega   I want Her

Zane's POV As I opened the door, I froze. There, standing in front of me, was Autumn. Her chest heaved with ragged breaths, and beads of sweat glistened on her forehead. Her hair clung to her damp face, and her wide, fearful eyes locked with mine. She looked like she had been running — running for her life. "Autumn?" My voice came out low, almost a growl. Her lips parted as if to speak, but no words came. Instead, she stumbled forward, barely able to hold herself upright. I reached out instinctively, catching her before she could collapse. "What happened?" I demanded, my heart pounding. "Why are you here? Where is William?" Autumn's POV "I… I can't go with him and marry him," I stammered, my voice trembling. "I don't feel anything for him." Zane's intense gaze burned into mine, his jaw tight. He said nothing, but I could see the storm brewing behind his eyes. "As we were on our path, I ran back," I continued, my breathing still uneven. "Maybe he's after me, I don't k

Zane's POV I pulled away, both of us gasping for air. Her lips were swollen, her chest heaving, but before I could think, before I could find any restraint, I crashed my lips against hers once more. Her soft whimper ignited something wild within me. I couldn't stop. I wouldn't stop. She responded with the same desperation, her fingers gripping my hair, tugging me closer. Her legs wrapped around my waist, and I held her firmly, her body pressed against mine. Every curve of her molded perfectly to me, like she was made for this — for me. With one swift motion, I kicked the door open, not bothering to care about the force. The door slammed shut behind us, the sound echoing through the room. But I never broke the kiss. I couldn’t. My hands roamed her body, memorizing every inch, every gasp, every shiver. She tasted like honey and defiance, a mixture that drove me insane. It wasn't love. I didn't believe in love. I wanted her. I needed her by my side. The thought of her lea

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Shopping

Here’s a refined version of the scene from Autumn's POV: Morning sunlight streamed through the window as I quietly slipped out of Zane's chamber, my body still tingling from the memories of last night. My heart felt lighter, yet the weight of my thoughts lingered. I needed to see Hannah. "Good morning, Hannah," I greeted, brushing a hand through her hair. She smiled up at me, but her words caught me off guard. "You’re going with William, right?" A pang shot through me. "No," I said, shaking my head. "I returned." Hannah's face lit up with relief. "Sis, I have news! I’m applying to other universities. Maybe I’ll get in! I want to study somewhere new." Her excitement was contagious, and I pulled her into a gentle hug. "That’s amazing, Hannah. We’ll go shopping to celebrate," I said, warmth filling my chest. Zane had given us 75% of the farming income, far more than I ever expected. It wasn’t just generosity — it felt like a silent acknowledgment of our hard work. With that

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Dinner

Zane's POV After the endless shopping spree, I decided it was time to take control of the day. "Can we go for dinner?" I asked, my voice casual, though the idea had been lingering in my mind since I arrived. Autumn blinked in surprise, her gaze searching mine. Hannah, on the other hand, beamed with excitement. "Dinner? Really? Like, somewhere fancy?" I smirked. "Somewhere exclusive." I didn’t wait for a response. The decision had already been made. They followed me, Autumn fidgeting slightly with the hem of her dress. She was trying to act indifferent, but I noticed how she stole occasional glances at me, her cheeks slightly flushed. The restaurant I chose was one of the finest in the kingdom — a place reserved for the elite. Crystal chandeliers cast a warm glow, and soft classical music filled the air. The maître d’ greeted me with a respectful nod, quickly escorting us to a private table. The kind of table where prying eyes wouldn’t dare intrude. Autumn’s eyes widened

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Moving with him

Autumn's POV The day passed in a blur. After dinner, the reality of Zane’s words began to settle in. "She will stay with me." His voice echoed in my mind, sending a strange warmth through me. Back at the palace, Hannah was busy packing her things. She had applied to multiple universities and was confident she would get admission. Her excitement was contagious as she carefully folded her clothes, planning her future. I was happy for her, but a part of me felt uncertain. I had agreed to stay with Zane, but what did that even mean? Would I still be his personal slave? Or was this something else? "You're thinking too much," Hannah teased, nudging me playfully. I forced a smile. "Maybe." She paused, eyeing me. "Are you scared?" Scared? Maybe. But it wasn't fear of Zane. It was the unknown. The man I’d spent weeks trying to figure out — the ruthless Lycan King who now seemed to have a softer side. Last night was proof of that. The way he held me, touched me… it was something I

  • Lycan king and his Omega   She is Mine

Zane's POV I laid her gently on the bed, her body trembling beneath my touch. There was something different about this moment — an unfamiliar pull that I couldn't ignore. I had always chased after my own satisfaction, never caring about the feelings of the women I shared my bed with. But now, as I traced my fingers along her skin, parted her legs and bring my face towards hers and smelled, she smells good. I wanted more, I slowly placed my finger inside her and moved deliberatly. I wanted to see her surrender to the pleasure I could offer. Her soft moans filled the air, and I found myself captivated by the way her body responded to me. The delicate flush of her cheeks, the way she bit her lip — it stirred something deep within me. My touch was slow, deliberate, savoring the way she arched into me. Autumn's hands clutched the sheets, her breaths coming in shaky gasps. I had never taken the time to notice such details before, but with her, every reaction mattered. The walls I ha

Autumn pov As I closed the door behind me, exhausted from the stormy encounter with Zane, a familiar voice brought a smile to my face. “Auntie’s home!” Valen squealed with joy, running toward the door. Hannah stepped in with her usual bubbly energy, her suitcase trailing behind her, and her boyfriend right beside her, offering a warm smile. “You reached earlier than I expected,” I said, surprised but relieved. Hannah grinned. “Yeah, we caught an earlier flight. Figured I’d surprise you!” Valen jumped into her arms. “Aunt Hannah! I missed you so much!” “I missed you more, my little muffin!” she said, twirling him around. For a moment, the air felt lighter. The house filled with laughter again. I walked over, hugging her tightly. “I’m so glad you’re here.” She pulled back, giving me a curious look. “You look like you’ve been through a tornado. Spill everything.” I waited until Valen ran off with his toys and Hannah’s boyfriend to the living room. Once it was just t

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Meeting Him

Autumn’s POV I don’t know what came over me… but I needed to see him. Maybe to yell, maybe to demand answers, or maybe… to see that face again and remind myself why I have to stay away. Before leaving, I called Hanna. “Autumn, my flight got canceled due to the storm. I’ll be there tomorrow morning,” she said apologetically. “It’s okay,” I replied softly, then hesitated. “I need to tell you something.” “What is it?” “I’m getting married… to Marc. In a month.” There was silence on the other end. “Wow,” she finally breathed. “That’s… sudden.” “I know,” I whispered. “But I need to do this. For Valen. For peace.” “Alright,” she said gently. “When I reach tomorrow, we’ll start preparing everything together. You’re not alone in this.” A small smile tugged at my lips. “Thank you, Hanna.” After ending the call, I took a deep breath, grabbed my coat, and stepped out into his office I reached Zane’s office building with a tight knot in my chest. • Lycan king and his Omega   Spending time

Zane’s POV "I need to warn Autumn…" The words slipped out of my mouth before I could stop them. But then I froze. No… She won’t believe me. Not after everything. Not after the way I treated her… after I rejected her… after I let her walk away thinking I hated her. If I go to her now, she’ll think I’m trying to break her marriage. That I’m just being possessive. She’ll push me away again. Damn it! I ran a hand through my hair, pacing across my office like a storm trapped in a box. I looked out the window, fists clenched, heart racing. She’s in danger. Valen is in danger. My son… Even if she doesn’t trust me, I can’t sit still. I won’t. If she won’t listen to me, I’ll protect her from the shadows. I’ll keep Marc in check, dig deeper into his secrets, and make sure not a damn thing touches her or Valen. I couldn’t stay away. Not from him. If Autumn wouldn’t let me near, I’d find another way. So I used my influence—something I rarely did for personal matters.

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Revelation

Zane’s POV Just as Marc walked out, all smug and confident about marrying my Autumn… Scott arrived. His expression was grim, his eyes sharp with tension. “What did you find?” I asked, standing up immediately. Scott didn’t waste time. “Clara. Autumn’s old friend—the one who worked at the palace… She spiked both Autumn’s and Jade’s drinks that night at the party.” My breath hitched. “And your drink too,” he added. “Same night. Different motive.” I clenched my fists. My jaw tightened. “Why would Clara do that?” I growled. “She was paid… handsomely. Enough to leave the city right after. I’m still tracking who gave her the money, but it was a planned setup, Zane. Autumn and Jade were drugged. So were you.” My heart thundered. Every breath felt like fire. “All this time… I thought she betrayed me,” I whispered. Scott nodded solemnly. “She didn’t, Zane. She was a victim too.” My legs almost gave out. Guilt crushed me like a wave. I had banished her. Hated her. Bui

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Furious

Autumn’s lips trembled as she held Marc’s gaze. Her fingers clenched around the edge of the coffee mug, and for a long moment, she didn’t speak. Then, softly—honestly—she whispered, “Marc… I don’t know how to answer that.” Tears welled in her eyes. “A part of me is still healing… I’ve buried so much. The betrayal, the pain, the memories. I can’t deny that you’ve always been there for me—you never asked for anything in return. You’ve been Valen’s father in every way that mattered.” She finally looked up at him, her voice steadier now. “I’m not asking for a fairy tale, Marc. I’m asking for safety—for a future where Valen doesn’t have to be pulled into Zane’s chaos. I know this sounds unfair. But I need this… I need you.” Marc reached across the table and gently took her hand. “Autumn,” he said, voice warm but serious, “I’ll do whatever it takes to protect you both. But I want you to know… if we take this step, I’ll be in it with my whole heart. Even if yours isn’t ready yet.”

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Descision

Autumn’s POV I don’t know why I feel this way. Even after all these years… even after he rejected me, banished me from his life without listening to a single word—I still can’t stop myself. Whenever I see Zane, it’s like the world slows down. My heart clenches, my breath hitches, and I find myself staring… unable to look away. It’s pathetic, isn’t it? I should hate him. I should have erased him from my memories the way he erased me from his world. But I couldn’t. He’s still there—in my thoughts, in my dreams, in the quiet moments when I wish things had gone differently. I told myself I moved on. I built a life, raised my son, protected him from the past. But one look from Zane, and my carefully constructed walls tremble. He still has that effect on me. And I hate that I love him for it. “I need to end this…” I whispered to myself, holding back the tears that had been threatening all evening. My fingers trembled as I dialed Marc’s number. It rang only once before

Zane’s POVI don’t know what’s happening to me anymore. My nights have been restless, filled with emptiness. Ever since I was banned from my pack, sleep has become a distant memory. Zane came closer. Too close. My breath caught as his tall frame towered over me, trapping me between his body and the cold wall behind. “I can smell your arousal, Autumn…” His voice was low, dangerous… almost a growl. My heart thudded violently. I pressed my palms flat against the wall, trying to put distance between us, but there was none. He was right there. His chest brushed against mine, the thin fabric of my nightdress doing nothing to hide the way my body betrayed me. “Zane,” I whispered, trying to sound firm. “Don’t.” But he leaned closer, his lips brushing the shell of my ear. “You smell good, Autumn… just like before,” he murmured. “I missed you so much.” His breath on my skin sent a shiver down my spine. My knees weakened, but I held myself together—barely. “I’m not yours anymore,” I said, voice trembling but defiant. “I belong to someone else.” His eyes met mine, fierce and wild. “No,” he growled softly. “You may have given your heart

"He’s drunk..." I muttered under my breath. The scent of alcohol was sharp in the air, mixed with his cologne that used to make my knees weak once. “Don’t you think,” I said firmly, “this is the time you should be with your fiancée, Zane? Not standing at my door like a madman at one in the morning?” He leaned casually against the wall, hands tucked into his pockets, a dark chuckle slipping from his lips. “Then why are you here, Autumn?” he asked, eyes glinting with something unreadable. “Shouldn’t you be with your fiancé?” That question stung. I opened my mouth, then closed it again. Because for a moment… I had no answer. He stepped closer, his voice lower now, raw. “You and I both know you don’t love him, Autumn. You never did. You’re just trying to forget me. Erase me.” “You think you’re so important?” I snapped, trying to sound stronger than I felt. “Yes, I’m with Marc. Because he respects me. Because he stayed when everything around me fell apart.” Zane’s jaw clenched.
