Vampire King’s POV

“Oliver Stone is here with another male and Nick is also here.” One of the vampires said coming into the Council Hall.

“I guess we should get ready.” I smiled. “I guess this is goodbye King Gideon it was nice knowing you, but so glad your rein is ending and I don’t have to deal with you anymore,” I said sitting back down.

I knew Oliver was going to be glad to get his revenge but he isn't going to like that I am going to take his mate and he isn't getting her back the way she was. He would have to accept her as the hybrid vampire and we all know the werewolves hate our kind.

“Get ready when they come in here we have to be quick,” I spoke.

“I hope he kills you.” King Gideon growled.

“No, I think he is going to kill you.” I mused. “But I will give him a run for his money if he thinks he can hurt me. He hasn't been able to get close enough to me, but I will allow it to show you he isn't as strong as he should be.”
