Chapter 101

Soma’s POV

After Roman guards took away Max, Oliver finally was on his knees. I knew he wasn't going to let anything more happen to me. I wanted to get closer to him but they had him out of my reach.

“Oliver,” I called, but he didn’t look at me. I felt a sadness building but I had to remember they drugged him with something otherwise he would have already gotten to me.

“So Nathaniel since you don’t want to help me, I am going to start my torture of your daughter at least until your mate arrives and when you don’t comply I am going to mark her and make her mine, and then we are going to kill you both together.”

I tried slipping my hands out of the chains, but they seemed like they were coated with something, it was kind of burning my wrists.
