Four

I put the plates on the dinner table and look at the clock. 

"We should eat up, Theo may be working late," Kaden said and I nodded. The week had gone by very fast, I was starting to get comfortable in my room. Although Kaden insisted he and the others do work around the house, I begged him to let me him, After all, I was staying at their house without anything to give back. 

He finally gave in, My job was to prepare dinner with him and occasionally mop the house. I did all the work back at Emma's apartment, So this had become my habit. I set the glass filled with water and look at Alex who walked in through the door. 

I smiled, He was the sweetest out of all four. Kaden was nice and kind. But he was known for his flirty ways of talking. 

"Hello, Welcome home Alex," I said looking at him as he just stared at me with a neutral face, so void of emotion that I thought I did something wrong. 

"Um-"I dragged my voice as Kaden walked in the kitchen to grab some things. 

"Hey-"He called, walking towards me and I frown. He got close, too close. As my hands rest on the table behind me. 

"That's the first time you called me by my name babe" I felt my heart stop at that nickname. The first time didn't feel like anything. Because I thought he was being nice. I felt my legs close tight as he pressed his chest against mine. I wasn't scared. But it made me feel things I never felt before. 

"I really really like my name rolling off your tongue," He said. Before I could understand, his lips laid on mine. I felt my hand press against his chest, but I was so weak. I couldn't stop him. 

Before we know it, Kaden slapped his head making him groan in pain. 

"What the fuck are you doing!? Go and take a fucking shower, nasty ass" I gulp biting my lip as he laughed rubbing his head. 

What is this normal? Between people? They are not my brothers, but I consider them as my brothers. Or, should I not? But Do people kiss like that? 

"Hey, don't mind him. He is an asshole" Kaden said. The bubbles popped in my stomach yet again and his hand came to my chin. His thumb brushed against my lips and I felt hot steam leave my ear. 

"Oh, you are all red. I don't like you blushing for him" I was caught off guard. As he squeezed my cheeks. 

"I-I-I will go call Rex down" He nodded smirking down at me. I knock on the door twice and waited for an answer. 

"Um-Rex, We are having dinner now" my eyes widen as he opened his door. Naked. well, half-naked. I was at eye level with his bare chest, he had shorts on with a towel over his shoulder. 

"Uh- sorry I disturbed you" He leaned on his frame with his hands folded. 

"What, you staring at my junk now" I was embarrassed shaking my head and stepping back turning around. 

"Ah-!" I cry softly as my hair was grabbed from behind. He pulled me back and when my back pressed against a warm chest, I tried to free my hair from his hand. 

"Let go" I whispered as he chuckled letting my hair go. I turned around to my surprise. He patted my hair back to smooth it down. "Dumb chick" I blinked as he walked past me and walked downstairs. 

"Common, don't just stand there looking at him only to see his back disappeared as he walked away. 

I was about to sit when the door open and I look at the hall to see Theo. I smile seeing two bags in his and went over to grab them. 

"Hello, let me take that, you can go wash up and come have dinner," I said. I could see him trying to speak but I frown as he seemed to get caught in his words. He leaned back away from me and nodded. 

"Thanks," He said and I nodded walking into the kitchen but as I passed by the table I was tugged back by my waist making me shivered in shock. 

"This one's for us," Rex said grabbing one of the bags with had a big box of cans and his hand somehow brushed past my waist as he let go. I gulp walking away. It was only till I was out of their view inside the kitchen when I leaned against the counter and took a deep breath. 

I wonder why I felt like I might get wet every time either of them touches me. I get scared of being a nervous wreck in front of them. 

I bite my lip and face the sink taking a deep breath. 

I gasp as a large hand reached out from behind me. I was about to turn around when I felt a chest pressed against my shoulder. 

"Oh, sorry, I thought you were in deep thought. Didn't wanna disturb" Theo spoke. It was the first time he actually spoke to me. I was kinda scared of him. He was really muscular. All the brothers were. But his body always stood out. 

"Uh-Sorry" I whispered. 

"For what?" He took a long sip of water before walking out. 

"You gonna stay in tomorrow?" Theo shook head before leaning back on the couch as they watched a game as I sat on the dinner table eating ice cream. 

"Hey babe, come here," Alex said. I bite my lip taking, my bowl with me and unfortunately, the couch was full and the only chair was occupied by Rex. 

"Um-I'll go to my room," I said but Alex grabbed my arm. I saw him spreading his legs and patting his thighs. 

"You are a member of this house. We should watch TV together. I wouldn't like you being all alone in your room" I was nervous. I felt my heart start at an unusual rhythm again. I had seen people do that. But they were a couple. 

"Common, I won't bite," He said as I slowly let myself down on his lap but I found bubbles pop in my tummy and sparks fly down there as he coiled his hand around my waist and pull me closer. 

"Oh, you eating ice cream," He said grabbing the spoon and taking a bite. I heard a snicker from Rex and I look at him. "Get your own you jackass" Alex just laughed. 

They watched their game as I finished my ice cream. My legs were clenched shut because of the sudden wetness I felt.

That night, I felt a heavy body fall on my bed. I was too tired and asleep when I felt an arm wrap around my bare waist, The sudden feeling of a rough hand across my waist made me open my eyes and I tried to turn and ask who it was.

"Go to sleep" I heard him say. I gulp somehow submitting to his rough voice and closing my eyes.
