Carmen's POV

"Tell him that the tournament is sealed. It will happen in..." I stopped as I noticed the strange security guard that had refused to give me his name, muttering some words.

"...In two days' time. Alpha Mark already knows." His lips were tightly as if he had not spoken in days, staring at me waiting for more information from me.

"Good thing that he is all knowing so he should understand when I ask to be carried along in his plan. What is his next line of action?" I was only interested in knowing that, not for any reason other than feeling like a part of the team and not just a tool.
