Teagan's pov I stood on the podium in the middle of the town, I could see everyone crumbled in the square, the sun cast a golden glow over the town, the air was thick with tension, my eyes were cold and stern, the executioner, Rizzo, and the elders of the clan were standing beside me. Bridget pov "OMG, Teagan is going crazy there's nothing anybody can tell me," I said to myself pacing back and front in my chamber "How could he do something like that to Carmen, she helped his sorry life". I went to the throne room to patiently wait for him till he came back. Lorenzo's pov My eyes were on Alpha Kai as he sat on a chair sitting strong and composed, it was a sight I thought I would never see again. It's been weeks since I ran with Alpha Kai on my back to Tina's cottage to ask for her help, my heart aches anytime I remember the state I brought him in. But now he's recovering all thanks to Tina's help and care, and his broad shoulders and chest are once more radiant, I still find it hard to believe that someone I met randomly while running away from my mate could play a big role in my life. Kai's pov We moved swiftly through the shadows, the moon cast its glow over the pack territory. I scanned the surroundings it was just how I remembered. The air was thick with a familiar scent, I felt a thrill of mixed feelings as Lorenzo and I slipped past the guards and made our way into the pack disguised as traders. I scanned everywhere to look for Alex then suddenly a dark figure emerged from the darkness. Kai's pov The following night, Vera and Alex met Rizzo, Lorenzo, and I met up again in Rizzo's living room to go over the plan but this time around with a sense of urgency and focus. "Okay let's go over this again," Alex said with a sharp voice. "Alpha Kai's team will take out the guards at the main entrance of the palace. Lorenzo's team will make an entrance through the east gate and take all the guards there down. After the guards are clear then I and my team will come in". We all nodded in response, our face set with determination and passion. What's the timeline? Vera asked "The feast is starting at night and I will have to be there" Rizzo replied "Once is midnight I will sneak out of the feast and meet you guys at the old palm tree and from there we will move into positions, and then we will make our moves".
