I now realize the importance of a Luna beside a man like me because together, I can tag us the power couple. MICHELLE’s POV. I turn my attention from my Phone when I hear a low growl outside the door. My forehead creases into a slight frown because I know for a fact that it is not Enzo. He would have just come into the office. The growl reaches me again but this time, it is louder and more clear like the person is standing directly outside the door. Dropping the phone on the table, I stand up and slowly make my way towards the door. ENZO’s POV. When I saw the blood on her body back at the office, my heart actually sank to my legs but I am more thankful to the moon goddess for keeping her safe for me. Now she is sitting on my bed with Lawrence’s curious gaze hovering over her. Earlier after the incident at the office,I immediately brought her home to avoid any other occurrence and I asked Lawrence to meet us at home instead. I know the pack healer says it is fine but I just want to be hundred percent sure about that. MICHELLE’s POV. Seeing Nicole kneel down and beg for something she would have avoided triggered a kind of anger in me and I just want to snap her head into two. How can she apologize for what she did when she clearly knew what she did wrong made me so upset, how dare she? The more I look at her, the more upset I become. My mind is filled with the thoughts of Nicholas and Natalie and how I want to make them pay for what they did to me most especially Nicholas.
