Chapter 62. A surprise

Unexpectedly, Akira and Violet rushed to where Anita was, with noisy breathings.

Akira waved at Anita and called her title loudly, " Luna, are you alright??"

" Luna?" Zayn, whose eyes were earnestly on everything that was going on, was astonished and confounded when he heard what Akira called Anita.

Anita turned to her two ladies, who just arrived beside her.

" What are you guys doing here?! It's dangerous! Do you want to be a victim of another vampire bite?" Her tone was that of annoyance, but under them one could feel a good amount of concern.

Akira looked down at the vampire and felt terrified, before she answered , " We were careful on our way. I was actually worried about you. I couldn't come alone, so I told Violet to accompany me."'

Anita didn't respond to her. She pursed her lips and dragged the unconscious vampire forward.

" We don't have much time," she said. " We have to get the vampire to the pack and save her!"
