Ruth’s POV

I start to get used to my new life with the pack. I am learning so much about their ways and traditions, and I was amazed at how welcoming they were to me. But despite the warmth and love they showed me, I couldn't shake the feeling of loneliness these days as Sandra and Micheal are rarely available, they have been busy with meetings with other packs.

I’m yet to meet Micheal’s, I hope he likes, Micheal said he is out of town.

One day, Michael came to me with a surprise. "Ruth, I've assigned a private maid to keep you company," he said, with a smile on his face.

I was taken aback. "A private maid?" I repeated, unsure of what he meant.

"Yes," he explained. "A maid that will be dedicated solely to you, to keep you company and help you with anything you need."

I was sceptical at first, but as soon as the maid was introduced to me, I felt a sense of relief wash over me. Her name is Tasha, and she is kind and gentle, with a soothing presence that immediately put me at ease.
