Chapter 81

Adira’s POV

When I awoke from my nap, I felt rested and the pain in my abdomen had subsided. Instantly, I thought about Lyra, and I quickly got out of the bed, and headed towards her room, but stopped when I heard a growl come from downstairs. Quickly, I moved to the staircase and began to take the steps as fast as I could when I heard Alpha Liam’s voice.

As soon as I got to the last step, I could see an argument happening in the living room area as Alpha Liam was trying to break up a fight, happening between two of his warriors. In the corner of the room, I could see a frightened she wolf, and I moved to see if she was alright.
