Adira’s POV

Six warriors are all that my father had left to guard us. Was he that sure of himself, that the cell and chains that he had put us in would hold us? Of course, if it wasn’t for Lyra, that cell may have done the trick, and I was happy that Alpha Liam had kept Lyra’s abilities a secret from the rest of the pack, but I was still shocked that he thought so little of my abilities to get us out of here. Now that Lyra had done her part, it was time for me to do mine.

Lyra had just put the young she wolf in the cell and locked the door. I honestly didn’t think it was necessary, but I have also learned to never underestimate a she wolf from Lyra. Lyra turned to me and asked, “Are you ready to do this?”

My wolf was already clawing at me to leave her free, especially knowing that my father had left so little guards to keep us here. “I’m more then ready.” I tell her as we move to the door and slowly open it.

The young she wolf told us that there was only two guards in the house
