CHAPTER CLX: WORRIES
Angela’s POV
“Lucifer, how’s New York? Do you miss being here? Would you like to just stay here with your grandpa and me?” the queen asked Lucifer with a very sweet and bright tone of voice. The way she looks at him is also different from the way she does to all of the other members of their family.
Lucifer wiped his mouth using the napkin. “No.”
“Oh, why is that? Don’t you want to be with us anymore?” I glanced at Lucifer. He just shrugged and looked at his grandmother. “I can’t leave my school and the company there.”
I can see that Lucifer is more respectful when he’s talking to his grandma, maybe because they are the ones who looked after him just like what he told me before and after all of course, she’s the queen. “I understand, but you know what? Your grandpa and I decided to go home with you as you leave New York tomorrow. I’ve missed being there at your country too, and I need to visit our properties there.”

Angela's POVThe tears that I've been holding back began streaming down on my face the moment that I stepped out of the Queen's palace. I tried to wipe my tear-stained face but then new tears continue cascading down like they would never stop.I remembered what just happened.
