Arina's POV

"I CAN'T LUCA... I had tried in past but I can't. A patient died on my table. I can't operate on anyone... he will also die. I can't... he took that bullet for me. He is in this condition because of me and if I will operate he will die. I am no longer a good doctor" I said sobbing and Luca hugged me. He patted my back and I kept crying when I heard heaving breaths... I pulled away and looked at Romano... no shit... he is having seizers... what should I do?

I slowly went to him, his vitals are dropping. I quickly adjusted the blood flow and put him on oxygen and injected him to control his seizures. His vitals are not looking good. No, if this will happen then I will lose him. No, I can't lose him. I can't... he saved me. He took a bullet for me. I should have been here instead of him. I can't let him die for me. and automatically my hands started working... I don't know the outcome but I have to try. I have no other option.
