Arcangelo Romano's POV

Soon I went to the side entrance near the lift and my heart stopped beating.... there she was... on the floor lying in blood. I slowly went near her and placed my hand on her neck and got shocked and I lost my balance and fall on the floor beside her... She is not breathing...! no...!

I quickly rushed to her and pulled her in my arms. I patted her cheeks, checked her nose if she was breathing but she wasn't.

"Hey... Angel... wake up... you can't do this to me" I was shivering in fear... fear of losing her. Fear so strong that I felt like I can die if she won't wake up. I placed her down again and did chest compressions on her and then did mouth to mouth respiration but she was not moving.

"ANGEL.... WAKE UP" I screamed and she was still not moving.

"Angelo... take her to the doctor..." Matteo shook me to come back and I barely realised what he was saying. I picked her up in my arms and carried her quickly to the other lift. I got inside and pressed terrace as
