“I realized that I hadn’t gotten you a proper pair of dancing shoes, so I had ordered them last week. They arrived yesterday morning. I hope you like them.” Conor murmured, kissing my forehead.

“Thank you! I like all the things you give me.” I smiled, hugging the box to my chest. Especially your kisses and hugs. I unwrapped and opened it eagerly. They were black with a dark purple wispy pattern that had varying shades of purple stones to accent the wisp pattern. “They look like my mage robes!” I squealed excitedly. I heard Conor chuckle while I kicked off the flats and slipped into the surprisingly comfortable two inch-high heels. I never found out what happened to those robes. Guess I never will.
