Determination and pain, they say once you aim for something you need to be determined in doing it but be aware of pain along the way, because not everything we want we'll get...and for that idea, I am now in the middle of deep thought so I seek my girlfriend's advice!

"You mean her husband knows that every time they do it, she is in great pain yet he doesn't bother about it?"
