Chapter Thirty-two

Kierra's POV

"Where is she? If anything happens to her. Be ready to lose your heads"

I was on the bed with a duvet cover placed over me. I was trying to take in my surroundings. The last thing I remembered was jumping out of a fire and collapsing after.

It was Aden's voice that woke me up. My body ached all over like I was whipped.

"I gave you both a simple task, but due to incompetence, you couldn't do it. Idiots. If something had happened to her, I will not spare you"

"Alpha, we apologize, we were confused and attacked without warning. One moment she was with us and the next she wasn't. Someone knocked us out flat. We couldn't even identify the face" Noah said.

" He is saying the truth Alpha, we were knocked out. When we regained consciousness, we searched for Miss but we couldn't find her. Thinking she was abducted by the assaulter, it was after thirty minutes of searching that we found her unconscious by the side of a monument. Please Alpha, forgive us. I know we let you down. T
