Chapter 5

"Celine what are you doing, I've been looking for you for a while, and what happens to your face?" Venus asked anxiously when she saw me here behind the building.

She sat down in front of me and took out a handkerchief to wipe the cheesecake on my face as well as my head.

"No one is just wasting time" I excused.

"It's crazy that Tagan rejected you again," she knows me so well.

I bowed and smiled "Yes eh but it's ok next time at least I told her that I like her right," I try to cheer myself up and look at the bright side.

"Hey Celine, you're really crazy, let's go," he pulled me upright and we walked away on my heels so he took me to the clinic again.

"Celine, how can you hide this new bruise on your thigh and waist from Mommy? You're dead if she saw this," Venus disobeyed me while putting a hot compress on my thigh and hip.

I looked at the bruise he was referring to, and yes, I had another bruise because I fell earlier.

"Don't worry, I'll just wear jogging pants inside the house first so mom won't notice it," I told him and he rested here at the clinic.

"Celine darling your brother Francine wants to see you," I heard my mom shout from her room so I immediately got up from the bed and ran to her room even though my hips and thighs hurt.

"Francine !!!" I make it exaggerated to make my older brother happy with my reaction.

"Yes, I miss you, baby?" Francine said softly on skype.

"I miss you too how are you?" I ask.

"I'm doing good, the world cup is near, and do you think I'll win?" my brother is one of the best racers here in the Philippines and I know that he can win this battle.

"Yes, for sure, you’re the best brother in the world, that’s why you need to win, I'll be waiting for the news, that my brother wins the world cup," I cheerfully said, and hope that It will cheer him up, and he laughs at me.

We bound and talk through skype, after that I'll sleep already because I feel so tired. The next day I woke up early again to bake a Chocolate Cake for Tagan.

I thought that maybe he would have a chance to taste it if I didn't give it personally.

"Wow, darling what's that for?" mommy asked when she caught me baking in the kitchen.

"Mommy there's someone in school that really catches my attention" I admit to mommy. He looked at me and smiled then waited for my next words.

"And I think I like him because I'm willing to do this every day for him but he seems didn't like it mommy what do you think I should do mommy?" sad that I looked at mommy.

"Darling your lucky that daddy and your brother are not here because if we can't do it together, well I will support you to whatever you do and like and my advice is just to follow what your hearts want to do and I know love will conquer after that "mom hold my hands and let me feel her sincerity.

I smiled and hugged her, I had more courage because of what mommy said, she said to follow what my hearts want and my heart wants nothing else now if not just Tagan.

I'll do my best to be noticed by him and he'll remember my name.

I slowly walk closer to the door of the audio room here at the university where Cntrl S often practices.

And I know they have practiced this afternoon so I will sneak into the audio room to put there the Chocolate cake I made.

When I put it on the table, I immediately went out, it was just that they were coming so I hid in the wall so they couldn't see me.

"You don't have anything else to do Aiden if you're not a girl, you're definitely a junior!" I heard Tove say to Aiden.

"You jerk, vegetables are important, so I keep my eggplant healthy hahahha," Aiden joked.

"Hahaha stupid!" Tove, I peeked a little to see that they were close to the audio room while Tove and Aiden were talking quietly with Tagan behind.

When they entered the Audio room I immediately peeked there and waited for them to notice my Chocolate Cake.

"Oh, Tagan Chocolate cake for you," I saw Tove take the cake and show it to the sitting Tagan on the side while holding his Guitar.

"Wow, it looks delicious and it looks great again with miss Sweet treats bro," said Aiden, am I the one they are referring to as Miss Sweet Treats?

I saw Tagan just look at it and ignore it.

"Bro, eat that, it's for you. "Aiden.

"Yes, Tagan tries it it's delicious" Tove dropped the Cholate Cake on Tagan's lap.

"Tsk," Tagan said.

I was sweating while waiting for what Tagan would do next, he grabbed it and lifted it from his Thigh.

I think he will taste it this time.

He stood up and approached the table on the left side of the audio room. I taught him he was going to eat it but he just threw it to the trash bean beside the table.

I gasp seeing it so do Aiden.

With a shrug, I left there and I couldn’t get my mind off her throwing my Chocolate Cake.

It hurts seeing him throwing my efforts but like I said I won't stop Tagan, that won't stop me.

Three weeks passed that I repeated what you were doing but Tagan was so consistent by not eating the treats I make for him.

"Aren't you tired yet Celine some Cakes, Macaroons, chocolates, breads are you going to waste so that Tagan will notice you badly," Venus complained to me.

We're in the Cooking Club room now because there's no class, and I'm trying to make custard rolls for Tagan.

"Venus there's nothing wrong if I keep trying until she notices that I'm forever" I depended on myself.

"I don't know about you, you know you're really crazy and you like Tagan so much, it's getting worse." she seated in front of me.

"I know that and I still want to try it so just let me Venus and just support me please," I said.

"My Celine thank you I really love you and I will still support you in your madness as long as you promise that you will not be physically hurt."

I look at her and smile, I'm so lucky to have her as my best friend.

"I love you," I pouted my lips to gesture a flying kiss on her.

"Yeah, I love you more," she sends back a flying kiss so I catch it.
