Chapter 2

After Yen left, I walk closer to the room and I saw two people talking to each other.

The other one was a  girl while the other one looks older than us.

"Amm, Excuse me?" I asked shyly while avoiding their eyes.

"Yes?'. The man asked tenderly and he looked at the girl in front of her.

"Is this the Info 1-A, Sir?". I asked if I was really in the right class and I call him sir because he's might be our teacher.

They looked at each other and I can see their eyes signaling each other.

"Yes, This is section A why do you ask?". He asked as he looks at me intently.

"I belong to this section, SIR". I said as I emphasize the word, Sir.

"Oh, Nice to meet you". I was surprised when he said that and extend his hand for a handshake and I accept it with hesitation.

"Thanks, Sri. Are you our teacher?". I asked after I accept his hands and he didn't answer me and he looks at the girl in front of him and they burst into laughter, I was dumbfounded.

"He's our classmate, I'm Fie".She said as she extends her hands for a handshake, and I was like OMG? 

"I thought he was our Teacher". I said as I smiled at them.

"No, He's just pranking because almost our classmates also mistook him as our teacher that's why". Fie explained and I was about to answer her when some students came rushing towards us, I mean in our classroom as they just walked on us without saying "excuse me".

The hours just passed by and we didn't meet any of our teachers since they were called for an emergency meeting so, I went to Yen and we decided to go home early to rest.

When I arrived at our house my mother was nowhere to be found only my sister and her family were there.

"Where's mother?". I asked as I put my bag on the sofa.

"She left maybe she bought something at the grocery store".  Regina said as they were eating something and she didn't invite me.

I just nod and went straight to my room to change my clothes, After I change my clothes I opened my phone and try to surf social media but, nothing catches my attention so I didn't notice that I fell asleep.

I woke up when I heard some knocks on the door.

"Elle?". Mom called me out.

I was still a little bit sleepy so, I didn't answer and just walk to the door to open it.

"Mom, What time is it now?". I asked as I yawn.

"It's 7:00 pm and your dad was worried so, he told me to wake you up". Mom said as she walks inside my room and sits on my bed.

"Have you all finished eating dinner?". I asked as I was about to go downstairs

Mom nodded and she went out of my room and I followed her but she goes to their room.

As I was downstairs I didn't saw anyone there maybe dad and my other siblings were in their own room.

After I finished eating my dinner of course what do you expect me to do? I wash it ahaha just kidding.

As soon as I finished washing all the dishes I decided to take a warm bath to relax and after that I will watch some movies.

I was browsing the net to look for some good movies when I found one but it didn't last long because I really felt sleepy.

I woke up early that morning so that it will be easier for me, I eat my breakfast before heading.

It's almost 30 minutes since I left our house but still, I couldn't find myself a tricycle to ride 

to the jeepney station so, I decided to walk until I found one, I was happy because I won't be late now but my happiness didn't last long when I saw the long line for passengers of the jeepney and still there's no jeepney over there  I waited for almost one hour when I finally ride one.

I decided to open my phone when the jeepneys started to run and I almost freaked out when I saw the time I only got 10 minutes left before the class hour, What to do? What to do?.

I was trying to calm myself but I really can't do it Ghad, I don't want to be late but here I am.

It was already 7:50 am in morning when I arrived at school I ran fast as I can.

 When I got near to the classroom I saw them already inside and looks like the teacher already Arrived and  I felt nervous but I can do it, It's better to be late than to be absent I said to myself so, I went into the room.

"Good Morning, Sir. Sorry I'm late". I said shyly.

"Good Morning too, you may find your chair". He said as he turns to the blackboard and starts to write something.

I roamed my eyes to find a vacant seat when I saw one and saw a familiar face, it was the boy Yen was talking about he went to the same school as ours way back then so, I sit beside him.

"Hi, sorry to disturbed you but can I buy some paper from you?". I said as soon as I seat.

He just looked at me and didn't say anything so, I turned my back at him to get some money from my wallet.

When I turned back I met someone's eyes and I forgot everything it seems like that was the only matter from that moment, those chinky cold eyes.

I was drowned from it until I was tapped by someone.

"Hey? are you okay?" Angelo said yeah, his name is Angelo I saw his paper.

"Are you trying to say something?". I shake my head and then I asked him.

"I said you don't need to pay for it". He said before giving me the paper.

'B-but do you think it's unfair?". I said as I was a bit hesitant to accept it.

"No, It's not". He said as he looks back at his paper.

"Thanks". I said as I started to write something on the paper but my mind was a bit occupied from what happened a while ago.

The teacher called us one by one and I didn't pay attention, I was busy glimpsing on him when he was called so I tried to focus just to know his name.

"Good morning everyone, My name is Christoff Davis, I'm 17 years old and I lived far from here".  He said as he sits down.

So, that was his name I wasn't paying attention when the teacher called my name if it weren't for Angelo.

"Good morning, My name is Elleiana Lopez, and 17 years old I'm from this city". I said shyly because I saw him looking at me, I was about to sit when my teacher calls my attention.

"Do you have mixed blood?". My teacher asked me.

"None, Sir ". I said as I sit down and he didn't ask me again.

The class went well after it finished I saw another familiar face It was Ericka my classmate in elementary, but she had a friend with her so, Fie called me.

"Hey, Elle wanna come with us?". She said pertaining to herself and Artem, Artem is older than us he's already 29 years old and has two sons.

We were walking our way to our next room when Fie spoke.

"You know Marian?". She asked and I didn't know who's  Marian.

"No?". I answered her as we stop at the gym to sit.

"The one beside me, she told me that she and Chris were in a relationship".  Fie said which made me startled we have four Chris in our class I hope it was not him.

"Chris who?". I asked but I felt nervous.

"Christoff Davis, she said Chris always texts her and says I love you to her". Fie said as she explained.

From that day on, I tried to forget about how I felt for Chris, I met Rele who's my schoolmate in my old school too, I was happy to make new friends at the same time I was confused there's the time I tried to tell Chris What I felt but I was afraid that I'll just ruin his relationship at Gem so I didn't say it to anyone for two freaking years, I tried to avoid him, I tried to ignore him that long but he's always making it complicated for me.
