A set up call

It's Tuesday morning, after yesterday's busy day, after Mr Xander drops her off after work before going home. Susan's phone rings loudly, waking her up with a frown on her. She steals a glance at the screen of her phone, bleary-eyed, and saw that it was Ava calling. She hesitates for a moment, wondering why Ava was calling her at this hour, but then she answers the call. "Hello?" she says slowly.

"Susan, it's Ava," saying urgently. "I just got a call from Mr Dickson. He wants you to meet him at a hotel this morning to discuss some business updates. He's driving and can't meet you in his office."

Susan's heart races. Mr Dickson is one of the key client, and any meeting with him is important. She quickly runs through her daily schedule for the day, trying to figure out what she will wear that fits in this meeting. "What time does he want us to meet him?" she asks Ava.
