Angela's venomous and uncultured words rang out from Chandler's phone. Everyone heard it. Though they hadn't yet understood why she'd spoken like that, they couldn't help but feel repulsed at her crude language.

"Angela, explain yourself clearly. Don't just blurt out words without context." Chandler suppressed the displeasure he felt.

His cold and composed demeanor calmed Angela down. She then remembered the state of Chandler's relationship with his birth mother. Suppressing her rage, Angela recounted everything.

"I had this feeling that my father has been acting weird. After my mother's death, he kept sneaking off somewhere. I had people follow him. He managed to shake them off his trail previously. But today, I finally caught him. He'd been having an affair with none other than your mother, Evelyn! If my mother's death is related to your mother, I swear I'll make her pay!"

Although Chandler had formed a preliminary guess in his mind, hearing it so clearly from Angela still made
