Chapter 5

*Sandy Pov*

I just wish that Lucky’s parents accept me. I want only that and nothing else.

When I had to leave him after high school because we had to move to another state, I felt so bad.

But four months back we met again and the sparks just flew again. At that time we both were single so just decided to date.

I think it will be very hard for them to accept me because we are competitors. Well my brother is the competitor.

He is Prem Agasthya, C.E.O of “Agasthya Corporations”.

I am so proud of him.

After our parents died six years ago in car accident, he joined our company to not make it drown. And now it is top company in India.

He even has few branches outside India. With all these success there is the need of more hard work too.

So he is always busy and only busy. He is just 26years old but act like some thirties.

Our company is very important for him but he never ignored me. He always keeps me as his top priority and then his work.

I am happy but I don’t want that. I want someone special to be his top priority not me.

I wish he finds someone to get inside his heart. There is always a special person for everyone right.

Anyway I will find someone for him. But at present the main situation is to make Vicky’s parents accept me.

Lucky told me many times that his parents want him to marry his Ex-Girlfriend.

Like seriously!!!

If they had break up that means they are not perfect for each other right. I am sure she must be some reason behind their decision and hanging around his parents.

And that’s why they are having those thoughts. Thank god she will be not here because well he said this is family vacation and he invited me and our friends.

My brother is coming to show them that they can be competitors in business world and family in personal world.

And my brother sacrificed to come here with me.

“Sandy?” I heard Lucky calling me.

“Yes?” I asked him turning towards him.

“We are here.” He replied smiling. I looked outside to see we are infront of a beautiful house and Vicky’c car is already there.

I nodded and got down to see a beautiful house.

“Wow! This is so cool. I am sure my first experience will be blast.” I said looking at it.

“Wait! You mean you never stayed in a beach house.” Mandira asked coming near me.

“We don’t have one and no one invited me like ever.” I replied.

“But how is that possible. You guys are more rich than Lucky right.” Vicky said frowning.

“That’s because I am interested in doing business and not buying some houses or anything. I will buy our needs and I don’t have time to buy these enjoyment things.” Bhai said coldly.

“Don’t worry! Your girlfriend will love to buy some for you.” Vicky said batting his invisible eyelashes.

Bhai glared at him and turned towards me saying “If you want to buy one just chose one I will buy it.”

“I am fine. I don’t want one. If I want one I will ask you in future.” I said smiling at him.

He nodded and went inside the car to take out his Laptop bag.

Watchmen opened the gates and three servants came outside to take the luggage.

We all walked inside and Mandira walked beside me.

“Hey where did you both gone in the middle?” I asked her.

“Well he kind of eyed some girl in the café when we stopped. We got into a fight and broke up. Then we make up and are now dating again.” She replied shrugging.

“I will never understand you Mands.” I said shaking my head.

When we went near the door, a lady is standing there.

“Lakshman! I missed you so much dear.” She said and hugged him.

“Mom! Call me Lucky.” He said looking at us and we just controlled our laughs.

“Lakshman! We will call you only that because it is your name.” His dad said standing beside Lucky’s Mom.

“Dad!” he said and hugged them.

After hugging Lucky stepped back so that they can see us.

Immediately their faces fell completely. Wonderful! I thought, please note the sarcasm.

“Mom, Dad! This is Sandhya. Her brother Prem! And you already met Vicky and Mandira right.” Lucky said showing us.

“Vicky, Mandira! How are you both?” She asked.

They both replied small ‘Fines’ and smiled at her. She just ignored me and my brother.

As for my brother he is looking at them frowning.

“Lakshman! We have a surprise for you.” His Mom said.

“What is it Mom?” He asked warily narrowing his eyes on her.

“Come inside and see for yourself in dining room. We both will go and ask the Servants to prepare the rooms for all of you.” They both said and left us.

We all were confused and entered the dining room leading by Lucky.

But he suddenly stopped after taking a step inside the dining room.

His eyes just went wide while looking inside and said “Shut!”

We all got confused and looked inside to see a girl sitting in the dining room looking down.

“Who is she?” I asked him whispering.

“Asha!” he replied and cursed again.

“Isn’t that the name of your Ex?” Mandira asked frowning.

“She is!” he replied closing his eyes.

“Witch!” I said outside but not inside like I thought.

I am sure she heard because she immediately frowned.

“Well she is hot!” Vicky commented.

“Witch!” this time Mandira said.

A little louder than me. This summer is going to be big show I thought glaring at her.

*Prem Pov*

When I heard my Sister cursing I couldn’t believe it.

Yeah I heard that the girl who ever is Lucky’s Ex. So what! Why would she say that to her.

I know she must have heard it because the top head which is the only thing I can see because these all are blocking me immediately felled down a little.

Then when Vikram praised her, immediately Mandira said the same word.

 “What are you doing here? Come on I will introduce Asha.” We heard Mrs.Singh behind us.

We all nodded and went inside one by one.

Then I saw her face which she is trying to hide as much as she can. She is like gorgeous.

“Asha see Lucky is here.” Mrs.Singh said taking the seat at the head table.

Mr.Singh too did the same. They are on the one corner of the room while we are at the other.

Asha if that is her name looked up at Mrs.Singh and smiled reluctantly.

She gulped and got up to come towards us.

Wow if her glimpse is gorgeous I don’t know how I can describe how she is looking.

She stood infront of us and said “Hi I am Asha.”

She is smiling at us so sweetly.

We all said ‘Hi’ at a time.

“For how many days will you stay here?” Sandhya asked immediately but Mr and Mrs.Singh can’t hear her.

“Sandy!” Lucky said stopping her.

“Oh I forgot to tell you Lakshman. She is staying in the room beside you.” Mrs.Singh said looking at us.

All of our eyes went wide and Asha just looked at us with the same expression.

“Ok Mom.” Lucky said stopping Mrs.Singh from saying anything.

But she didn’t and said “Lakshman dated Asha three months back and they were so happy. Such a cute couple.”

“She means four months.” Lucky immediately told us gulping and Asha just looked at him.

Asha and Lucky just rubbed their temples at a time.

“Hi I am Vikram but you can call me Vicky.” Vikram said helding his hand.

She smiled and was about to shake it but Mandira slapped Vikram’s hand and glared at Asha.

“Asha! This is Sandhya and she is Mandira.” Lucky said like he was about to fall down.

“Hi nice meeting you all.” She said and was about to move away.

“She is going to stay here for whole month with all of us.” Mr.Singh said stopping her suddenly with those words.

I think until now Sandhya controlled herself so much because next thing we know she went near Asha and said “That means you are really a witch.”

Asha looked at her wide eyed and closed her eyes tightly.

She opened them and we can see some wetness in them. She turned towards Mr and Mrs. Singh and said “I will go to my room Aunty. I am not hungry.”

“You need to eat Asha.” Lucky said stopping her.

“See how much he cares for her.” Mrs.Singh said looking at Lucky and Asha in awe.

“I am really not hungry.” Asha said ignoring Lucky’s protests and left the room.

Lucky looked at Sandhya one time and moved away near the dining table.

We all took our seats and ate in complete silence.

But my thoughts are just running about Asha. The funny thing is she didn’t even look at me at all.

Lucky too didn’t introduce me to her.

Well this one month will definitely be a big show…
