Chapter 521 Like a Blizzard

Sarah fell to her knees. Her legs had lost all strength, and she couldn’t stand. Laurence’s willpower was much stronger than she had imagined. This was something that she had never expected.

Sarah opened her mouth to speak, hoping to explain the situation, but she did not know where to start. She felt guilty and didn’t know what to say.

Laurence’s eyes were still bloodshot, and he still felt dizzy. The blood coursing through his veins still felt like it was on fire. He picked up his jacket and turned around coldly without uttering a word. Then, he waited for his vision to clear up before striding out of the room without looking back.

Sarah gritted her teeth and clambered up from the ground, chasing after him. “Please hear me out, Laurence. You were drunk. I was worried about you, so I brought you up here.”

He suddenly stopped in his tracks and turned around slowly. He looked at her with a piercing stare before clearing his throat and saying, “Is that all you have to say?”
