Matt just shut up and looked down obediently without saying anything. He knew his boss was happy, and it would be better if Matt thought about himself rather than worrying.

Next, The Fixer walked over to his cell phone on the table. He looked at the screen, there were many notifications on his phone and it made The Fixer frown deeply. He grinned, displaying the dimple that had formed on his right cheek. "Wow, I have a lot of messages from people doing business. Does everyone now trust my abilities?" The Fixer looked at Matt, he was smiling widely and well, it was awful. "We're going to have a lot of work the next few weeks, tell the others to be prepared."

"What... did you manage to meet with The Fixer?"

It had been ten minutes since Ace had returned and sat in his car, he said nothing. Making Selena who was sitting in the driving seat very nervous and confused. Several times Selena held back, but she couldn't hold back anymore. The girl was forced to close her clothing store that was on the verge of bankruptcy just because Ace forced her to. This was a difficult choice. But Selena still wanted to live, this would be better than dying in vain at Ace's hands. However this decision would also very risky if Amanda found out.

"I, can I know... will I be safe from Amanda after this?"

Ace cleared his throat, like he had just woken up after being hypnotized by a witch. He put on his sunglasses, and then looked at Selena behind the wheel. "It's been ten minutes and they're not following me. Did you see anyone else approach the car?"

"N-No, Ace. I've been in the car since you got in, and, well, there's no one around," Selena said in a shaky tone of voice.

Selena knew that Ace had a gun and that their relationship wasn't just one between old friends. Ace was a killer and a fugitive, Selena looked at him differently now.

"Then, let's go."

"W-where are we going now?" Selena ventured to ask, even though her body was about to collapse from fear.

While Ace crossed his arms over his chest, he pursed his lips and mumbled for quite a while. From the color of Ace's face, Selena could guess that the man was thinking. And only after a few seconds did Ace finally decide. "We're going to Amanda's house. I've been trying to hold back, but I can't."

Selena's eyebrows were deeply furrowed, she didn't understand the meaning of Ace's very ambiguous words. "W-what do you mean?"

Ace's smile broke out perfectly in front of Selena. It wasn't the smile Selena wanted to see, when Ace finally said, "I'm going to kill Amanda."

"Y-You... what?"

"Amanda has been bullying you for a long time, hasn't she? She forced you to sell drugs just so she could make a lot of money. She may have paid your bills, but your conscience tells you that's illegal, right? We have to stop her."

"B-but, it's not what I think. It's not-"

Ace made a face, "Do you dare to challenge me, or are you going to come with me to kill someone who has been bullying you all this time, Selena?"
