Chapter_9

So finally that auspicious day arrived when all the students gonna meet each other. After the hactic 7 days Finally they are going to attend their first training. Navya, nandini and mukti got ready in their army uniforms and escorted to army ground where their first training is waiting for them.

Reaching there they found two rows one is occupied with boys and another one is filled with girls. They take some lazy steps to reach them but found some girls are blushing where some are dribbling over something. They tiptoed themselves and found manik and kabir were standing there. Manik was in black t-shirt with denim jeans where kabir was in green shirt with trousers both were having their sunglasses on and looking damn hot.

Nandini, navya and mukti were watching peeking through the shoulders of girls who were standing before them. Kabir look at them with Furrowed eyes and shouted, "cadet mukti, navya and nandini didn't you heard my command i said stand straight with your hand on back." Kabir commanded and all of them got alerted.

Manik look at them and shook his head knowing their childish behavior. He walked near them and just stood before them.

"You are late."manik said in mere whispered which was enough to make nandini shivered. He still don't know the reason of her this shivering.

" I am really sorry sir but we are not late. You told us to be present at 5.00am but you came at 4.45 am." Navya said looking down and kabir furiously marched towards her.

"Oh i must say you seriously have a sharp tongue. It's our choice Whether we called you at 5.00 am or 3.00 am but all your duty have Permitted you to be present on the time given by us." Kabir said in his deep voice and for the first time navya shivered.

"Am i clear cadet navya??"He asked with stern voice and raised eyebrows and navya shook her head rapidly.

" Good now i don't want you to back answer anyone here showing disrespect towards them." Kabir said genuinely and she look at him and nodded confidently.

"Cadet navya you were absolutely right.we called you at 5.00 but you're suppose to attend this meeting before 15 minutes to get acquainted with you seniors and classmates." Manik said and navya asked sorry.

"Am sorry sir we won't repeat that." Nandini said and manik nodded silently and look at mukti who was still yawning being sleepy. Manik angrily grabbed the glass of water and emptied on her face.

" Cadet mukti you are here for your training not to show your sleepiness so go and wash your face and if i see you again yawning in this training around you will be in muddy ground doing pushups in scribby soil." Manik said in very stern voice which made mukti ran hurriedly.

After 30 minutes

"So as you all know we are here to make ourselves strong. Some of you wanted to join indian army some wants to groom yourself and some have their own reasons but one thing i want you to say is please go if your skin it's colour it's postures or your beauty equipments does matters for you because after this training all these things will be strictly prohibited for all of you because an indian soldiers only things about india not about your comeliness. Am i clear? " Manik shouted and all the girls started to make wierd sounds where boys were just laughing.

"So as mr. Manik said you can still leave the place."kabir said and 15 girls out of 35 come forward making horrified face.

" Ok go." Kabir and manik show them the way and they happily went away in second making kabir and manik chuckle.

"So this life you have choose for yourself. If in future you will try to put the blame on teachers or this school then we won't be responsible if you guys broke your hand or leg." Kabir said and all of them laugh along with manik.

"All the members please took your slate and write your name on it."kabir give command and all of them took their respective slate and write their names by Gluing the alphabet on them.

After that they stood in a straight row holding their slate in their hands with high head and kabir and manik look so dissapointed.

Kabir walked checking them but found only slate that have the ability to be called as a cadet. He pull him that boy with himself and make him stood beside himself.

"A cadet should write this showing "Abhimanyu"." Kabir said pointing his slate when mukti asked, "but sir why would we write abhimanyu Instead of our names." All of them started to laugh making manik angry.

"Shut up all of you. You're here to learn or have fun.none of have brains to think where major kabir is implying. Showing abhimanyu name's meaning a soldier just have his name no sir names and no relations means all of you are suppose to write your names not ms. Mrs. Mr. And your big branded sir names." Manik roared while wandering acrossing the area before them.

"I will take my classes from tommorow but for now just learn to stay serious before me and for that all of you whether you're girl or a boy just pick these Wooden boxes on your back and gather them into the cold storage." Kabir said looking at them with stern expressions where all the students were gulping down hardly.

"Sir it's almost 2km far. How we are suppose to do that. Sir see the sun how hot today is." One of them said when kabir give them a mokery smile.

"Serving your nation is not so easy as you think and besides when you can't even store the food which is only gonna consumed by you. How will you help others. Only one think i wanted to tell you that is further task will show you only hell so go, go leave the academy."

He student shook down in shame bending his head when manik shouted so everyone could hear him, "each box has 20 kg veggies plus the box weight is approximately 5 kg so it's your first task from my side. Every student has to access 2 boxes to the cold storage in 30 minutes so that your manik sir could take your next class and yes there are two conditions if you can not perform the task given my me gates are open for you and next is if being a cadet you finished late you'll have to face the punishment by manik sir." Saying this kabir lastly eyed navya who was gulping down and aryamann who was staring at nandini,

Maybe navya. 

Kabir sat along with manik and both of them were just looking at aryamann who was smiling, from manik's sight aryamann was staring at nandini but from kabir's view he was staring on navya.

All the students were just going to have their first session of torture suddenly a girl came with open hair with two of her shirt buttons were opened. Her face was having a lot of make-up and lips are painted with red colour. She was making weird faces while cursing the sun because it's so hot Even after being the month of winter.

She stood beside nandini with her head high. Students were not at all intrested in her so all of were receding but some of them had to stay as they were high instructions to move when their turn comes.

As she came and stood beside nandini,nandini gave her a genuine smile her she rolled her eyes on her making her confused.

"Hey girl get the glass of water for me." She ordered nandini pointing her fingers at her. Being very humble and polite she was just going but before her navya came in between but before she could do anything manik came and stood before her.

" Did you ever hear about sophisticated manners. In this academy you have came here to learn not to bully someone mannerful like cadet nandini." Manik said and that girl's eyes softened and she smile to the fullest. She was just going to hug him but he move backwards creating the distance and look sharply at her.

"Say sorry to cadet nandini for showing such discourtesy towards her." Manik ordered her in raised eyebrows and she snapped her head toward nandini and glared her.

"I am sorry cadet nandini but i don't think you should be silent when manik sir is asking me to ask a apology from you." Girl said in mocking tone making manik angry but kabir hold his fist.

" Firstly miss Whoever you are, you are here to be the part of this school where you have to face struggles and hardships not to attend a fashion parade so from next time present yourself as a student not a seductress."kabir said and girls are looking at him with highly impressed look where she was gritting her teeth by now.

"Now stop wasting our time and asked sorry from nandini *nandini look at him suddenly with wide eyes* i mean cadet nandini." He emphasize the word cadet nandini while looking at her and kabir just rubbed his forehead while shaking his head disbelievingly.

" Ok sorry nandini and hii i am gia khurana." She said irritated with tones of attitude in her voice which make manik angrier but he supressed. Nandini just smiles a little and gia just pushed her a little intentionally but showed that it happened by mistake. Manik was a meter apart from her so it's easy for him to hold her so she landed in manik's arms making gia grunted in anooyence and jealousy.

Soon nandini stood straight and found every girl is giving her a jealous look and nandini found her way back to her mission and she pick the box making manik smile in proud.

Soon all the girls went away to complete their work and manik look at kabir with angry expressions.

"Why kabir why, you didn't let me give back answer to that stupid gia. Didn't you see how she try to insult my nandini."manik said while pushing him little.

"Manik behave you are not a love sick puppy and you can't intervane in students matter. I know she was stupid and very much morinic for your annoyance but you have to control. *manik give him a sad look which made him a little sad too. Don't worry manik today i will give you a little time with nandini where no one will disturb you." Kabir said with a smile making manik hugged him closely.
