Forgetting Griffin.

Griffin’s fist clenched,hard.

Would it be so easy for her to forget about him?

He yearned to hold her,to beg her to just stay by his side but he couldn’t bruise his ego any more than this.

So he stormed off.As he left,he slammed the door hard in his wake.

Daphne blinked,a feeling of unhappiness washing over her as she tried to accept that this was truly the end between her and Griffin.

Sighing,she quietly got on the bed and covered herself with a duvet.

It was extremely hard to fall asleep that night and she had no idea when she eventually did.

Walking up,she found herself clutching onto something.

Almost instinctively,she murmured.”Griffin…”

Suddenly,her eyes opened in surprise thinking he had come back to her but there was no sign of Griffin.

She was holding onto a pillow.

Daphne looked around,warily as she recalled that they had broken up the previous night.

She sat up and rubbed her eyes which felt sore and heavy.

Just as she was about to freshen up,her cellphone rang out.
