The door to the office opened and Kiara walked in with a smile on her face.
I smiled and stood up walking toward her and opening my arms to wrap her around her waist and she stood on her toes wrapping her arms around my neck. I kissed the crook of my beauty’s neck before pulling away and carrying her bridal style to the couch.
I sat down keeping my arms around her before raising my legs on the couch and allowing Kiara to sit more comfortably on my chest. She laid her head on my chest and sighed in contentment before raising herself to look me in the eye “are you okay baby?”
“I’m fine baby” I said softly running my fingers over her hair. She smiled and kissed my jaw “I heard you and mom”
“You know that I had to stop them, I don’t want to ruin what we have between us because of your mum and dad’s anger” Kiara said looking me in the eye. I smiled and nodded, she was right
