Chapter twenty nine

Michael was shocked when his office door was thrown open, he looked up to glare at the intruder when he saw his mother and he couldn't help but sigh.

Vanessa walked forward and sat in the chair opposite him with a sly smile on her face. Michael almost groaned when he saw that smile and he knew she knows something "Sasha called me yesterday" she said with a smile "she told me about your condition before signing the divorce papers."

Michael felt his heart missed a beat "are you here to confront me then?"

"What do you think? You and I know very well that in three months time you will even be driving a car, so why claim that you are to walk in three months time to her?"

Michael heaved a deep sigh, he is going to kill Gary the next time he sees him, if he hadn't told his mother about his recovery then she wouldn't have found out about his plan "you asked me to work in my marriage, and I'm doing exactly that."
