Chapter Thirty-One

Amanda's frustration was evident as she stormed out of the Blizz Houseclub, her high heels clicking angrily against the pavement. Hue was several paces ahead of her, his face a mask of barely contained fury. The plan to expose Sasha had backfired spectacularly, and Amanda knew she had miscalculated—badly.

"Are you happy now?" Hue snapped, stopping abruptly and turning to face her from a distance. His voice was laced with bitterness, and his scolding gaze cut through the night air like a knife. "You dragged me all the way here, made me think Sasha was doing something she wasn't, and now we look like fools!"

Amanda's eyes flashed with anger as she caught up to him. "I didn't make you do anything, Hue," she retorted, her tone equally sharp. "You were the one who was freaking out because she was being 'weird' with you."

"I just needed you to listen to me, not take nonsense to me," Hue spat back, his agitation visible.

"Well, this doesn't prove anything," Amanda shot back, her voice rising
