Xander turned around and picked up a pair of silver heels for Anna. "Try these."

"Okay."

Anna, who was surprised by that, took the shoes and put them on immediately.

The color was indeed a better match for her dress. She walked a few steps, deeply impressed by these gorgeous shoes, and turned to Xander happily. "I love the design and color."

Only then did Xander notice that there was some space between the heel of her feet and the back of the shoes, enough to slide in a finger.

"Your feet sure are small," he said with a frown. He then turned around and ordered the store assistant to get Anna a smaller size.

Some men, especially those who seemed unreachable like the gods in heaven, could make someone's day with a simple action.

Anna was all over the moon when the store assistant passed her the shoes requested by Xander.

Xander walked to the cashier and paid for her shoes without being asked.
